Southeastern Physical Therapy is a local, independently-owned physical therapy practice with 7 offices in Hampton Roads. Serving the Tidewater area since 1994, Southeastern Physical Therapy provides the physical rehabilitation needs of patients, their physicians, and the community with quality, comprehensive, and timely service in a caring environment through the personalized attention of a committed staff. The practice offers orthopedic therapy, neck & back rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual & aquatic therapy, neurological rehabilitation, speech & occupational therapy, pediatrics, incontinence treatment, as well as worker’s compensation including functional capacity evaluations and work conditioning.
