Stephanie Roberts is the clinical director of Jordan Young Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of Vermont with her B.S. in Physical Therapy in
1990.
Stephanie has worked with out-patient orthopedics for the majority of her career. She specializes in joint rehab both operative and non-operative. Stephanie
works closely with orthopedic doctors to establish progressive rehab outcomes that provide patients with good long term recovery.

Kelsey Hearn is a Physical Therapist at Jordan Young Physical Therapy and at the Great Neck Clinic. She graduated from Furman University with her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Kelsey specializes in sports/orthopedic rehabilitation, both operative and non-operative, utilizing manual therapy techniques as well as evidence-based practice. As a competitive marathoner with over 10 years of long-distance running experience, she is interested in the treatment of local runners.

Allison is a physical therapist at Jordan Young Physical Therapy. After graduating from James Madison University with a B.S. in Health Sciences, she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University.
Allison has experience working with patients with orthopedic and sport involvement and enjoys using manual and PNF techniques to maximize functional outcomes. She specializes in treatment of the shoulder and knee, both surgical and non-surgical. Allison has a background in evidence-based research and is pursuing certification through the Virginia Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute.

Wendy Vaiden is a Physical Therapy Assistant at Jordan Young Physical Therapy. She received her physical therapy assistant degree from Tidewater Community College
in 2000.
Wendy has experience working in the Orthopaedic outpatient setting and enjoys working with a variety of patients that include athletes, pediatrics, and members of
the geriatric population.
