President and Owner of Southeastern Physical Therapy, Jeff received his B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Oral Roberts University in 1986. In 1988, he received
his Masters in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann Medical School.
Jeff’s clinical expertise is in the area of industrial rehabilitation and treatment of orthopedic workers compensation injuries. He has taught functional capacity
evaluation courses and provided clinical support for the Blankenship Corporation. Jeff holds a current certification in the Blankenship method for Functional
Capacity Evaluations. Jeff is proficient in the care of neck and back pain using the McKenzie method. |

Jodi is the Director of the Kempsville office of Southeastern Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelors in Science in 1999, a Masters in Physical Therapy in
2000, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005 from the University of Scranton.
Jodi specializes in pelvic floor therapy, sports/orthopedic rehabilitation (including pediatrics) stroke rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, gait and balance
disorders, as well as utilizing manual therapy to treat general spinal disorders. Through the pelvic floor program she has treated those diagnosed with urge and
stress urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pre and post-partum pain and IBS.
Jodi is an advocate of Evidence based practice and promoting research for treatment effectiveness and improved patient care. |

Rachel is a Physical Therapy Assistant at the Kempsville location. She received her Associates in Applied Science from Tidewater Community College in 2007. She
plans to continue her education at Old Dominion University to receive her Bachelors in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
