Eric Mack, PTA, Director

Eric is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Director at the Chesapeake/ Kingsborough location. He went to school in the state of New York at OCC and received an Associates degree in Physical Therapy in 2004.

Eric enjoys working with sport and orthopedic injuries specializing in injuries including knee, ankle, shoulder, cervical and chronic low back pain. Eric also has experience in acute care for joint replacement and nursing homes.

Dawn Brooks-Hemphill, BS

Dawn is the Director of the Work Hardening Program at our Chesapeake location. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2007 from Norfolk State University.

She uses an aggressive approach in her program that includes work-simulated activities to prepare patients to return to work.  Dawn is FCE certified and administers all pre-employment testing/screenings done through Southeastern Physical Therapy.

Jessica Jorde, DPT

Jessica Jorde graduated with her BS in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University.

Jessica enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine patients. She is currently seeking her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Method).
