Eric is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Director at the Chesapeake/ Kingsborough location. He went to school in the state of New York at OCC and received an Associates degree in
Physical Therapy in 2004.
Eric enjoys working with sport and orthopedic injuries specializing in injuries including knee, ankle, shoulder, cervical and chronic low back pain. Eric also has
experience in acute care for joint replacement and nursing homes. |

Kim received her Undergraduate and Doctorate Degrees from Gannon University in Erie, PA in 2010. She enjoys working with Seniors who are anxious to return to a higher quality of life. She has experience in myofascial release and plans to continue her education to eventually become a teacher of physical therapy. |

Samantha is a physical therapist at the Chesapeake clinic. She received her BS in Exercise Science from ODU in 2007. In May 2010, Samantha graduated with her Doctorate in physical therapy from ODU as well. Most of Samantha’s clinical education is in outpatient orthopedics, but she also has experience in acute care and acute rehabilitation hospital care. Samantha enjoys working with a wide variety of injuries/diagnosis and plans beginning her certification in Mckenzie this year.

Mike is the coordinator of the Work Hardening Program at Chesapeake and South Norfolk clinics. He also assists with FCE’s and Pre-employment testing at both clinics. Mike received his associate’s degree in Science from Iowa Western Community College in 2005 and his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2008.
Mike has a background as an athletic trainer at Old Dominion University for women’s field hockey and women’s basketball. |
