Beth King, M.S., CCC-SLP

Beth is the Director of the offsite division and is a Speech-language Pathologist with Southeastern Physical Therapy. She received her B.S. in speech-language pathology and audiology in 1997, and her M.S. in Speech-language Pathology in 1999 from Old Dominion University.

Beth works with patients who have difficulty with speech, language, voice, and cognitive function, as well as, patients who have oral-motor feeding difficulties. She has a wide range of experience with both the pediatric and adult population including those with oral aversion, articulation disorders, and communication disorders resulting from stroke, brain injury, and dementia.

Cindy Frye, PTA

Cindy is a Physical Therapy Assistant with the Great Neck Location and Off-site division. She started her education and training with the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman & Physical Therapy Tech. After completing her service in 1994, Cindy received her Associates degree from TCC and became a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Cindy specializes in various areas of rehabilitation including orthopedic/ sports injury and neurological disorders. She has experience with MR/MH population, stroke, MS, CP as well as other neurological and MD disorders. She has a strong background in manual therapy utilizing myofascial and trigger point release techniques. Cindy is a strong advocate for the special needs population and believes that everyone is entitled to the best quality of life. She always goes the extra mile to facilitate improved treatment outcomes!

Elizabeth Graziani, M.S. Ed., CFY-SLP

Elizabeth is a Speech-Language Pathologist.  She received her BS in English from Radford University in 1995 and her Masters degree in Speech- Language Pathology in 2003 from Old Dominion University. 

Elizabeth works with both children and adults and has experience treating articulation, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders.  She also has experience treating children and adults with cognitive delays, cognitive impairments due to Traumatic Brain Injury and stroke, as well as, language impairments resulting from autism spectrum disorders.

 

Nicole Grondin, COTA

Nicole is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with the Offsite division. She was a past employee with SPT as an administration coordinator where she became interested in the field of Occupational Therapy. She received her Associates in Applied Sciences with a major in Occupational Therapy in May of 2008 from Tidewater Community College.

Nicole has returned to SPT as a COTA and specializes in working with patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Tracey Scott, M.A., CCC-SLP

Tracey received her BA in Biology in 1988, and her M.A. in Communication Science and Disorders in 1999 both from Hampton University.

Tracey is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Southeastern Physical Therapy where she specializes in pediatric Speech Therapy.  She is also a full time-school based Speech Pathologist.  Tracey has experience with treating articulation, oral-motor, language, and fluency disorders, as well as, providing treatment to autistic and severely impaired patients in need of assistive and/or alternative communication systems

Autumn Martincik, COTA

Autumn Martincik is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant working in the offsite division. She received her Associates in Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy from Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC.

Autumn specializes in pediatrics and the Autism spectrum of disorders. She has experience working with adults and children with neurological deficits, and sensory integration dysfunction, as well as multiply -disabled clients. She also enjoys treating in areas of orthopedics, traumatic brain injury and CVA, and adapted equipment.

Lil Teifer, M.A., CCC-SLP

A Speech-Language pathologist with this Division, Lil earned her B.A. in Communications from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ and her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from Temple University in 1993.

Lil brings many years of experience working in the public schools to Southeastern Physical Therapy, where she specializes in treatment of the pediatric population. She has worked extensively with children who have articulation, language, and fluency impairments, as well as those with cognitive delays and autism spectrum disorders. She tailors her treatment methods to the specific needs of the child, including those in need of augmentative and alternative communication systems.

Allison Warner, DPT

Allison is a Physical Therapist in the Offsite division. Allison received a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a Bachelors of Science in Health Science in 2004 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006 from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Allison works with adults and children with neurological and orthopedic conditions and has experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings.

Randy Wanttaja, M.A., CCC-SLP

Randy is a Speech-Language Pathologist with the off-site division. He received a BA in Business Administration in 1988 and a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology in 2004 from Wayne State University.

Randy works with patients who have difficulty with speech, language, voice, cognition, memory, and swallowing. He has also treated patients requiring therapy for stuttering and vocal injury, as well as patients requiring training for augmentative communication devices. Randy is certified as a provider for the Compton P-ESL foreign-accent modification program. His treatment background includes a wide range of adult, pediatric, and multi-cultural populations, including those with communication and swallowing disorders resulting from stroke, brain injury, developmental disability, and dementia.

Randy has also facilitated an aphasia support group for patient's suffering loss of language & speech skills due to stroke or head injury.
