Jeff Hartline, MPT President and Owner of Southeastern Physical Therapy, Jeff received his B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Oral Roberts University in 1986. In 1988, he received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann Medical School. Jeff’s clinical expertise is in the area of industrial rehabilitation and treatment of orthopedic workers compensation injuries. He has taught functional capacity evaluation courses and provided clinical support for the Blankenship Corporation. Jeff holds a current certification in the Blankenship method for Functional Capacity Evaluations. Jeff is proficient in the care of neck and back pain using the McKenzie method. Mike Zahm Mike manages the Work Hardening Program and Pre-employment Screening Program at the Chesapeake and South Norfolk office. Joseph Ryan, PTA Joseph is a Physical Therapy Assistant at the South Norfolk location.
