Jeff Hartline, MPT

President and Owner of Southeastern Physical Therapy, Jeff received his B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Oral Roberts University in 1986. In 1988, he received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann Medical School.

Jeff’s clinical expertise is in the area of industrial rehabilitation and treatment of orthopedic workers compensation injuries. He has taught functional capacity evaluation courses and provided clinical support for the Blankenship Corporation. Jeff holds a current certification in the Blankenship method for Functional Capacity Evaluations. Jeff is proficient in the care of neck and back pain using the McKenzie method.

Dawn Brooks-Hemphill, BS

Dawn is the Director of the Work Hardening Program and Pre-employment Screening Program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2007 from Norfolk State University.

She uses an aggressive approach in her program that includes work-simulated activities to prepare patients to return to work.  Dawn is FCE certified and administers all pre-employment testing/screenings done through Southeastern Physical Therapy.
